At Oğuzhan Özkaya Educational Institutions, we prioritize not only the enhancement of our students' language abilities but also their essential life skills. To further this mission, we are excited to introduce a special program at our center located in Luton, just 40 minutes from London. Our center harnesses renewable energy sources, fostering a commitment to a sustainable and mindful lifestyle amidst the stunning backdrop of England's natural beauty.

Our ecological living center provides students with the tools to establish the principles of sustainable living. This innovative project caters to participants of all ages, featuring specialized language programs designed for parents and children, primary, middle, and high school students, university attendees, exam preparation groups, and adults. The program underscores the significance of environmental stewardship, awareness, and ecological mindfulness while simultaneously improving language proficiency through immersive, practical experiences.

At the Eco Living and Language Center, students learn sustainable practices while coexisting harmoniously with nature. They acquire essential knowledge and skills to foster a sustainable future. This immersive experience, alongside our language camp program, offers students the chance to enhance their language skills while embracing an environmentally responsible lifestyle.

Ozkaya International & Eco Lodges is a welcoming language school that invites students from all corners of the globe. Upon successful completion of our program, students will be awarded an internationally recognized certificate. Our instructors are native British educators, each an expert in their respective fields.

Pre-enrollment

The language of communication during the camp will be exclusively English.

The program will include morning sports/healthy living practices (yoga, nature walks, breathing exercises, etc.) and English lessons, followed by workshop activities in the afternoon.

The list of afternoon workshops and activities will be presented to the students for their preferences, so participation is optional.

Weekend trips will utilize trains. Our team of instructors will accompany the students.

The trips will be optional; students who do not wish to attend can stay at the English Living Village and participate in the activities there.

Optional weekend trips to London will be organized, with an event plan created for each trip.

There will be one city visit each week. (Oxford, Cambridge, Windsor...)

One of the primary goals of the Living Center is to ensure that students acquire basic life skills and take personal responsibility.

Throughout the English Nature and Living Camp, students will be provided with environments to develop critical life skills such as time management, teamwork, cooking, creating a shopping list, personal responsibility, cleanliness, order, and money management. In this context, students will be responsible for shopping and cooking individually or in groups, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their living areas.

Once a week, a thorough cleaning will be conducted with all students and the cleaning team.

Breakfast and dinner will be prepared together with the English Living Center team, and students will take turns being responsible for cooking. Students can plan their own lunch.

Cooking supplies will be purchased by the students, and a designated student will be responsible for shopping. The cost of the groceries will be covered by us.

Students are responsible for managing processes such as preparing the shopping list and completing the shopping.

As a result of their activities, students will receive a certificate under the scope of global citizenship. This document holds significant value in terms of both environmental awareness and ecological consciousness, as well as in their academic careers.

At the end of the program, our students will also hold an ‘Ecopassport’. The stamp placed in their passports provides participants with advantages as global citizens.

Parents who wish to can also participate in the parent program. A group-specific program (for the whole family, friends, cousins, etc.) can be planned according to date availability.

The Eco Living & Language Center operates year-round. Long-term programs are also available.
